When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates, due to fluctuating workloads, so please order plenty ahead of time if you need your items for an event. Custom orders or printing may take longer.

How long does shipping take?

Can I ship my order next day air?

Yes, UPS next day air is an option, but comes with a few notes you should be aware of. UPS cannot guarantee next day, and does not offer refunds if it does not arrive on time. Any delay can cause this; a late trailer, weather, or receiver unavailable at time of delivery. We only recommend this as a last resort, but its not guaranteed. Regular next day air is usually by 11am and next day air saver is just by normal delivery time. This does not include saturdays.

What is the oversize fee on my order?

This is a fee that is passed along on shipping costs. Any orders that have bo staffs will have an oversize fee. It is one flat cost whether you have 1 or 100 bo staffs per order.

What happens if there is a problem with shipping?

Once your order has shipped, its out of our hands. You will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any issues, such as incorrect address, weather delays, etc. You can find the tracking number for your order by logging into your account and checking your order history. If an order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us with your order number and pictures of the outside of the damaged package, as well as damaged items inside the package.

Where do I find my tracking number?

Once you login to your account, go to order history, click on the order number you want to track, and your tracking info is displayed on that page.

Can I add more items to my order after its been placed?

We work fast, so it’s likely that we’ve already started on your order, figured the box dimensions, weight and created a shipping label for it, and we are are unable to go back and modify the original order to add more items. You will need the place a secondary order, and if we received it in time, we will try to combine orders and shipping cost, in which case we may be able to credit you back the the additional shipping costs, but it depends on the type of item and quantity.

Can I use my old logos on the new MyBrand logo setup?

The actual logo itself we likely still have on file, but you will still need to preorder the new MyBrand logos before being able to add your logo to the corresponding items. The total end cost is appx the same, just a different process to streamline our processes. In the end this will save time, money, and waste allowing us to maintain your pricing.

What happens if I order MyBrand on a product without having purchased MyBrand logos?

If you havent ordered any prepaid MyBrand logos for the corresponding item, that means the prints or logos are not paid for and will not be added to that item. The items themselves do not include print cost, this is done only thru ordering the prepaid MyBrand items, which must be purchased seperately from our MyBrand product pages.

What are the custom grips made from?

For bo staffs, the basic grip is a solid one piece in black. It has a slight texture to improve grip. The colored grips are actually a clear self bonding wrap placed over a color of your choice. It has a significant grip enhancing texture. The black rubber wraps also offer superb grip texture. All of these are a self bonding material, so no actual adhesive exists, keeping your bo staff and hands clean.

Why doesn’t my account show wholesale pricing?

If you already have a wholesale account, you must be logged in BEFORE adding items to your cart. If you are creating a new account for your business, we must manually change you over to wholesale pricing. Please follow all instructions HERE

Is there a phone number I can call to ask questions?

We pride ourselves on being able to complete orders as quick as we do, while keeping our costs low. Reducing our time on the phone allows us to focus on building high quality products. Most of your questions can be found right here on the FAQ page, or on the product pages themselves. But if you are unable to find the answer, send us an email and we’ll get back to you asap.
